I think those 2 goals weren't meant just for Liverpool, but it meant a lot for Darwin Nunez as well. Indeed, it cannot be assumed as a sign that Nunez will shine this season but at least that will be a motivation for Nunez to continue to perform optimally. Nunez could not make a significant contribution last season and I thought, he definitely didn't want to get stuck with last season's poor performance.
Agree. Those 2 goals showed the quality of Darwin Nunez. It proves that Liverpool didn't make a mistake by signing him. So, people shouldn't doubt with the future of Darwin Nunez in Liverpool. Although it is too early to judge Darwin Nunez will perform better in this season, but we can't deny it is a good sign for him. If he can maintain that good performance, surely he will play better than the last season.
