Sure I understand what you mean but from the communication from the casino it doesn't help a lot when they are telling me it's been approved and so on.

Your first two withdrawals came almost in an instant, which is a good sign that they have a fast withdrawal system, but the other withdrawal the same day did not happen but is still showing as pending, right? and the support is telling you it's "being approved."

Which means it's awaiting approval from their financial team, or what? Let's just hope it's something like a network being busy or a glitch that might have been considering your withdrawal to be approved when it's not whatever it is. Maybe I hope it gets sorted out within their 48-hour time frame, and maybe they will have a recheck on their system for all withdrawals that went through and those that are pending. Let's just have a positive mindset and see what happens, as I believe their representative might come here to address the issue if need be.
