The grumpy cat has nothing to do with GrumpyCoin although we have asked them to do business with us in a legal way but we have not got any answer yet.
The word grumpy is ok to use and also making funny stuff of cats but not using the words "grumpy cat" as they are trademarked in the US.
Writing comments and displaying links are not a problem or social network would not exist. Would be funny if I would forbid you to click on quote button on this forum to quote my copyright written text :-).
