The point of that message I assume was the fact that you will not get scammed, you will get paid. This means that if you are a 100$ gambler and some casino scams you, that's of course bad but it will not ruin anyone's entire life, it is not "that" big, you can earn it even with signatures here.

However, if you end up gambling 10 million dollars and earn another 10 million dollars, that's a huge amount of money even if you are rich, and that means you need to trust a place to gamble that much, if you lose the money then it doesn't if the place is a scam or not, hence why people talk about winning, because if you win, you need to be able to get paid and this place will pay you without a doubt and it doesn't even take that long.
