As I finds it very unusual for someone to be promoting a scam project without getting paid, not even a project or casino that have good reputations that one could have said maybe it's done just because of the good name.
And secondly if they are not getting paid why not just remove the signature from their profile, maybe they might get some mercy and the tag on there profile reduced.
If they want to check the posts of their participants then they may operate an alt account to view posts and/or they may see that without logging into their account. Though no participant will promote any site without payment yet as the participant will not be able to join another campaign they may promote it for the sake of their love of the scam site.
