Yes, Liverpool will be aiming to win the Europa League this season, winning it this season will be a good thing to put away disappointment of last season. Liverpool have a good opportunity to win the title this season since there are not much tough opponents competing in the Europa league that can match Liverpool’s strength except Klopp decides the Europa league will not be a do or die affair for them this season.
I don't think they care about Europa League much. As long as they don't play in Champions League, other European tournaments are far behind Premier League. Their aim should always be Premier League title. I know that's very hard for them but they should aim that rather than settling for less.
Manchester City and Arsenal are way better than Liverpool last year. This season they started better though. Klopp should find new ways to win games, without Salah. Maybe this will be Nunez's year. We will see.
