This is a very sad story and experience in deep and right here, I can only imagine how bad this feels for you, 0.18 Bitcoin is no small amount of money, it's about $5000 in today's exchanges rate , we are talking about here for a coin that were bought for just $150, what a good break through this would have been for you if you had access to this coin, $5000 is worth millions in my country's currency, I mean it is more than enough to begin or start life on a good scale..

Coming back to fortunejack now, you can't entirely blame them because I assume the left this wallet even before your account was considered dormant, since the coins are still in the same wallet you sent them in 2016, assuming the casino moved this money to another wallet before abandoning the current one and did not inform you about it through mails before the move, then you have every right to sue fortunejack if you have the means, but as it is right now, you can't blame Fortunejack for the loss except they still has access to this wallet and pretend not to, which I don't believe though.

If they did email me 30 days before the closure of the account, I would not be complaining right now. Even though 12 months is really short to close an account and keep funds... I can confirm that I have never received a warning email and that they failed to contact me in any way shape or form.
