That's not normal at all mate, even though PSG were left behind by some of their important players, they still have a lot of talented players in their squad, of course there will be changes, but I mean the changes shouldn't be this significant. We can see all this when PSG played matches against Lorient and also Toulouse in the first and second weeks of Ligue 1, how can PSG only get 1 point at home when facing Lorient? it's ok if their opponent is Lyon, Marseille or AS Monaco.
Yes, it's true and But it seems that PSG needs to anticipate that it will find a new striker if in the end Mbappe moves to another club and does not extend his contract with PSG, even though there are several quality players in the squad without Mbappe in the previous game, nothing can be produced even for just getting a win is difficult and I think there is a need to add a few players on the front lines.

They narrowly escaped losing Mbappe this summer and where so strategic in trying to keep him in the team thereby making him to sign another contract, but I think Mbappe might likely move to another team next summer and it would be best that they start looking for a replacement while they enjoy his stay at the team this season, he's been so impressive for them so far and his recent performance has shown that they made the right choice in trying to keep him for another year, and making him extend his contract instead of termination it or loosing him for free next summer.
He's of a great influence to the player and is currently the highest goal scorer in the team this season, imagine PSG'S attack without Mbappe, it would had been weak even with the fact that they got Dembele, Mbappe is the key player currently for PSG, since they've lost Messi and Neymar and I believe he'll help them performan better in the Champions league this season.
Kylian Mbappe and Paris SG both sides managed to make us all a little confused when Kylian Mbappe was angry at Paris SG and Paris SG punished him threatening to make him a substitute player but after the summer games started surprisingly Mbappe appeared on the field with other players.
