Well I don’t think it is just the Africa countries that are paying this proxy ban fees and I believe the reason for the proxyban fee is clearly stated there while asking you to pay the fee and from experience I don’t think the fee is really significant but I want to correct the impression that not just Africa countries but other countries also pay the proxy ban fee provided that their ip address has been detected with some evil or scam related activities.

Having to pay the proxy ban fee doesn’t mean you did something wrong but rather to ensure that you’re genuine ad there are thread where to can get whitelisted for free
