As far as I know, BC Games was okay before, but recently I've been reading a lot of bad experiences from other gamblers who have tried this platform. I also agree with the OP,  it seems like this issue has been around for a long time. Has BC Games resolved it?

If it's a simple concern issue that can't be resolved immediately or takes a month, it doesn't look good for a casino like BC Games. Is there no reply from their support regarding this matter? I checked his review on TrustPilot, but I can't see it anymore. But anyway, if BC Games cares about their business, they will fix what needs to be fixed.
