Comparing past Chelsea to the present one, Chelsea used to be one of the best, if not actually the best in the EPL , and not just in the EPL but also in the champions League, but today, I am always surprised at how they went from being one of the top teams to one of the lowest teams, what really is the problem, I personally do not know honestly, will buying new and better players solve their problem? Do they even have the money to buy players ? This and many more questions on my mind.
