Great initiative!

But, I haven't seen anyone except Ratimov remaining active in such an initiative. I hope you are available with the amount of sMerits to dispatch them when someone is eligible. It has been going on for quiet sometime now, when a Legendary comes up with such an idea and fails to honor it. In the end they always struggle or they come up with wired answers to justify their failure. I am hoping that you don't fall into that category and I would encourage others like me who are lower in rank to follow this thread.
