Christophe Galtier is not a coach who has much experience handling star players like Neymar, Mbappe and Messi. Even so, Christophe Galtier's experience while coaching PSG was not too disappointing, meaning he could have won at least a title for the team even though he failed in the Champions League.
PSG can not blame it on Galtier or any coach as they are partially or can say mainly responsible for it too. Galtier and previous coaches are responsible to handle star players and internal relationships, connections among players and players vs coach but the club are more responsible. Because they are responsible for the club strategy and they negotiate with players before signing contracts. So coaches are people who will execute the club strategies and they are impacted a lot by contracts between the club and star players.

PSG bought Neymar from Barcelona, gave him a lot of money and privileges, how PSG coach in that season can let Neymar sits on bench or refuse to give the Brazilian player some big rights on field like penalty shots. A same story with Mbappe in the last three seasons in PSG.

I agree with that opinion because in reality Messi doesn't seem to have a better role at PSG than his role at Barcelona. PSG has Kylian Mbappe who is the main star of the team, while Messi and Neymar play around Mbappe and help him score goals. Messi's assist statistics prove that, I mean Messi has create 30 assists in 58 appearances in Ligue 1, while Messi scored 22 goals for the same number of appearances in two seasons.
Messi got good support from Barcelona fans and only treated badly by Barcelona board  members. In PSG, the club board members treated him well but PSG fans did not much support Messi. He did not feel happy in PSG and it makes sense that eventually he decided to leave as a free agent and chose MLS as a next destination.

So far he played well there, made great impacts and brought great success for Inter Miami as well as MLS. He is surely very happy in the USA. recent weeks.
