Manchester City gave Pep Guardiola many opportunities and they also put a lot of faith in Pep by following his wishes and plans every season, as a result Pep Guardiola really succeeded in proving that.
Every trainer can experience the same thing if they get good support financially and stay longer. At PSG there is a lot of pressure especially because they have set high targets every season in the Champions League.
