Same here, solution? create another account. The staffs doesn't answer the emails/tickets.
?? may be we have lost any tickets. We had setup a ticket system and may be we had any problem..... asked him the username and sent to the apropiate person... sorry for any delay....
OH BULLSHIT -0 they have the best support system i have ever deal with , you get follow up email straight away , and normally get reply withing 24 hours
you have to remember they are a small pool and can not pay staff to answer your email 24/7
