It seems that luck is very much on Barcelona's side this season in the Champions League. Barcelona occupies the last group which is inhabited by teams that tend to be no better than them, so basically Barcelona will be the favorites to qualify for the round of 16 this season.

As was the case in La Liga before this season started many of us predicted that Barcelona would have a better start to the season than Real Madrid but in reality it was Barcelona who seemed to be struggling at the start of the season and Real Madrid save 9 points with 3 wins.
