 Not sure what he's trying to say.  Veracruz, Boca del Rio dgaf about summer - it's in the sub tropics where it's always nice and summer is merely a term for the period of time from the June solstice to the September equinox.

 Last this weekend nice summer to each and every one of you!  That's gonna be my go-to sign off from now on.
