However, I'm hesitant to tag the Obari account without more sufficient on-forum evidence. If Sakanwa doesn't repay the rest of the loan in a timely manner (or the lender declares they have defaulted) then they should definitely be tagged for that. I feel like this person has already lost enough accounts recently and hopefully already learned their lesson.

I think Obari is breathing a sigh of relief after this.
I'm going to give them the benefit of the doubt too, at least for the time being on both accounts, keeping an eye on them if they pay back the loans they ask for.
Sakanwa participates in a signature campaign with Hhampuz and I would say that from past experience, he does not, at least automatically, kick participants out of the campaigns he runs for a couple of red tags. There was one exception with Whirlwind.money where he did kick one out but I think that was because of the higher requirements of the campaign.
Obari is happy because he has recently been accepted into the Yo!Mix campaign, so they both have cash flow to pay back the typical small loans that are given out on the forum.
