I guess this could be due to compliance with policy to block access of freebitco.in from Singapore.
Since TheQuin said earlier that the freebitcoin doesn't block access by IP address, it turns out that this happens either due to an initiative by Cloudflare or Singapore regulators. By the way, how are things with internet censorship in Singapore? Do they have a resource where you can track the list of blocked sites? I just have an idea that Singapore regulators can block access to websites that are somehow related to gambling, including freebitcoin.
