I thought this could be the third one in the list too.You got this right but still it will reach another heights in the next bull market but on the other hand, as the regulation becomes strict Privacy coins like XMR will be delisted from exchanges, and retail will be least interested in it. The price won't rise much as there will be no hype. And many people do not know the advantages of XMR over other altcoins.
