The peculiarity is that when a user crosses the mark of 3000 merits (mostly), he stops thinking about merits, so his posts are organic and such users are very interesting to managers. In addition, as soon as the user begins to position participation in the campaign as a hobby and not as an income, he immediately becomes desirable for any manager (believe me, this is very noticeable).

I want to add that no project will invest resources in marketing initiatives if there are no tangible results, and there will be none if the published posts are lost in mega threads (after all, the highest quality discussion fits on the first two pages of the thread).
How did you reach a number of 3000 merit and are we taking in account airdropped merit. By your logic I would assume we are not since they were airdropped based on longevity on forum not qoulity of posts. I did not reach 3000 merits but i also did not write a post to just fill campaign quota in  very long time. Almost never hit 50 posts mark in CM and always wrote quite a bit more then limit in Sinbad for example.

Second point about highest qoulity discussion fitting on first two pages is also totally wrong in my experience. Granted that experience is skewed since i am writing mostly in gambling sections but I will always rather write in some pool discussion thread like our FPL and I will read every post there while I will never even open threads like:
Has your Responsible Gambling had any of these Effects on You?
China crackdown against gambling streaming
Socialtournaments-A way to stop gambling addiction

Those three are only non mega threads in first 10 topics on gambling discussion at the moment. And without opening them I am quite sure they are very bad and you are saying you would prefer to target them as a manager?

I hate generalizations. There can be excellent post of 3 words in 250th page of the thread and bad one as long OP. We have to place some rules in campaigns to make it possible to deny bad posts but when grading posts I am judging each one by itself and often accepting stuff I could decline if following rules to the letter.
