After the previous bid with Cucurella failed, it is now certain that Manchester United will bring Sergio Reguilón to Old Trafford. A verbal agreement has been reached with Spurs and Sergio Reguilón will be on loan until the end of the season, but there is a possibility of a loan cancellation clause in January 2024. He will also immediately undergo a medical test before being announced as an official Red Devils player. Of course Manchester United is very happy to be able to get Sergio Reguilón as a replacement for Luke Shaw who is absent due to injury and now only the transfer of Amrabat from Fiorentina is still experiencing negotiation problems.
That guy is a horrible move from manchester united. Ten hag has been downgrading his expectation. Buying reguilon is a stupid move by united. I can't even describe how stupid this team is. He is just a panic buy by manchester united.  Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy
The line up if reguilon join in the squad.

Ten hag should have prepared a better option if alonso and cucurela would be failed. Im feeling curious why ten hag did not even prepare a proper name rather than reguilon.
It's true this was a panic buy from manchester united and I don't think we can fully criticize Erik ten hag's decision to sign Reguilon. That is much better than not getting a replacement for Luke Shaw when the competition is running early and if Erik ten hag wants to replace one of his players as a left back, of course it will increase the risk in every game. Manchester United is not used to being like Real Madrid, which can arrange its players when needed to fill empty positions. So whether Reguilon is a bad buy or not, I think Erik ten Hag has his own assessment and we'll see how things develop with Manchester United.
I really do understand where you're coming from. I mean, Erik Ten Hag might have seemed a little panicky when he grabbed Reguilon to fix Shaw quickly. But wasnt Chelsea being tough when it came to Cucurella? What should a coach do? If it were me, I would agree with Ten Hag. Dont put off a good choice because you might end up with no one. Yes, Man Utd isnt like Real Madrid, which always has a lot of players on the bench. And for all we know, Ten Hag may have always had Reguilon as a sneaky back-up plan. Who are you to say? When Shaw comes back, I bet that role will be passed around like a game of musical chairs. It'll be fun.
