How can I apply?

I applied on 3rd April and I was on the rejected-accepted list.

I got rejected and didn't received any stake.

I appealed as the dev said there is an appeal phase.

And I din't get any response.

And I didn't find any button to submit the application.

Because button will be there in a few days, right now you can post your ideas about how to improve this form.
