Oh nice to hear that make more sense to hear user coming back to respond to their claims if they have already been resolved or not because that response will serve as a review of the acridness of the casino team in solving the players' problems when there arise and also how the improve on such issue so that it won't repeat itself with other players account.
One thing I have noticed with the blackjack team is that they always act promptly to any positive reviews or suggestions that can help improve their operations.
@Wiwo I’m not surprised to hear that this matter got settled instantly because BJ team is super fast in resolving issue’s and so far I have zero reasons to be concerned about them. Furthermore for all members make an accusation here only when the BJ support has failed to answer it and lot of time has passed because it creates unnecessary confusion in other user’s mind.
Yes when the user posted that comment I know that if he have substantial evidence of being not guilty of anything, blackjack team will attend to his case ASAP because since their entry into this space, blackjack have maintained an active presence here in the forum and ever since they came on board they have also acted on a lot of members suggestions, problems and feedbacks and this shows to a great extent how much this team values the opinion of their clients from this forum.
More also there have not been any recorded cases of not noncompliance with player inquiries and no such accusations against blackjack, At least this shows a lot about the casino.
