Let's do our best to promote this company and it's service. I don't know if any of you remember shapeshift.io but this service runs in almost the exact same way and runs very smooth. If you have any exchanges to make, you may consider sending some business their way as well.
Off topic, just because you weren't selected don't let that deter you from using the exchange. It's fast and easy to use with low fees.
It's not as good as you describe. Made a deposit of bitcoin, have a lot of confirmations and still their platform shows that my transaction only got 3 confirmations. Then I contacted their customer support which was very slow and probably didn't know any technical things because she was telling me that I have to wait for at least 6 confirmations while transaction had more than ten confirmation, I told her to check it manually on blockchain explorer and still she couldn't understand until I gave her a guide 
So, my first deposit on this exchange and all went very bad. Customer Support told me that technical group is inspecting the case, six hours have passed and still I haven't received my altcoins. The solution is simple, my coins are confirmed, it doesn't take 6 hours to send me mine.
