It looks like it will be very difficult for a player as great as Mohamed Salah to turn down an offer from Al-Ittihad and even though he wants to stay, it is likely that he is no longer passionate about Liverpool. Coupled with Liverpool's drop in caste to the European league, Mohamed Salah's confidence in leaving for Al-Ittihad was much greater. Maybe Kloop won't be able to hold him and Liverpool will definitely be very happy if this transfer goes through because they will get so much cash injection.
Liverpool is not a team that their main motive of wanting to let a player go to be the money they are been offered but the interest the player must have shown in leaving the club. Mohammed Salah has done greatly for the team and his achievements can’t be underrated so far. Letting him go at this stage will be disastrous to the team because they won’t get a good replacement now for him that the transfer market is already closed. If this offer had came earlier before now, Liverpool might have buy the idea and won’t have a second doubt of letting him join the team as they scout for a good replacement for him. Mohammed Salah could as well passionate about going but I feel this is a wrong time for him to want to leave Liverpool as it won’t benefit Liverpool but cause more harm to them in the pitch without Salah.
