Bitcointalk was down for around 10 mins or so. Did anyone noticed? Any reasons, Server glitches or DDOS attack 
This time I didn't noticed , maybe issue resolved quickly. possible reason is update or DDOS attack. Last time forum down for more than hours happen on 19 may this year. it was down for everyone for 3 hours and 8 minutes.
