This is a local board; our culture and traditions must be honored. Slander against older members will not be tolerated. In our communities, we respect our elderly, and the same must be maintained here. A member with a higher rank than you is your elder and must be respected, and the same respect must be shown to the younger members.

Criticism is allowed BUT must be backed with obvious facts.
