In my opinion, gambling addiction has nothing to do with the success of the gambler. Based on the mathematical analysis of gambling in the long term almost every gambler will lose to the casino or bookmaker. What success are you talking about? We are all well aware that gambling is not a job, which means in this area will not be able to earn consistently. Today you are successful, and tomorrow you lose everything. Or am I wrong?
Agree with you. Success in gambling of one who plays gambling does not make the person not to be addicted. Addiction in gambling is one who can't stay without playing gambling it doesn't mean if the game comes out successfully or not . One who succeeds in gambling must be addicted to gambling because I don't think it will be easy for the person to stop gambling. People get addicted to gambling because of the money involved in it, if success can make someone play gambling all time that means it is addiction.
I totally agree with your opinion about successful people in gambling and the general notion that most of them are gambling addicts because it's one thing to be successful in gambling and totally a different thing to be a gambling addict because.
It takes careful analysis about gambling, when it's best to gamble and also when to stop to be successful in gambling while a gambling addicts most times doesn't follow any procedure because of their unquenchable desire to win as soon as possible which in most cases makes them to lose way too more than can ever win
