Before listing a users application, make sure you take a look at it because Upgrade application has nothing to do with the Nigeria local board (and although he's a Nigerian I can't remember the last time he was active on that board) no offense dear. If theymos is looking to add more source atleast they should be those that are very active on the board and the two users above have our support and if Upgrade changes his mind and begin to be active on the local board he'll get my support but for now I think his application is for the general board (wish I support for that area).

Ps: While on this matter I also need a rise theymos (my allocation is too poor).
