How many people are active on a daily basis on the Nigerian local board?
I say this because in my local board we only have one active merit source, and another one that comes by from time to time, like once a month and leaves a few merits, but as we are at most a dozen active users there, to be honest I don't think we need more at the moment.
I've had a look at your board and I think there are more of you than us, so I agree that you need at least one more merit source.

So if given them merits source I don't think anyone of them wouldn't utilize it correctly as the way others are doing.
