What do you mean by this? You can't launch a casino and post an announcement thread inviting users to play on it without being completely sure it's fully operational and works properly. This is not safe for your potential customers.
Anyway, if you want members to test your website, then you can start a paid review campaign. I doubt anyone would test it with his money certainly not after the many red flags that have been raised above.
