When someone has a particular wallet which he spends Bitcoins from can he be considered a Bitcoin investor?
Or does the term investor refer only to those who hodl Bitcoin?
The term bitcoin investment basically refers to people who buy and hold bitcoins. You cannot become an investor just by using bitcoins, becoming an investor requires high skill and experience. For example, if a person trades Bitcoin daily and holds it for a long time or holds it for a short period of time, they can be called an investor. And if you invest your money in bitcoins, then you are definitely an investor too.
In simple terms, if you are waiting for a profit, no matter if you have a skill or experience, holding a bitcoin doesn't require it, but it is a must because you know there are tons of ups and downs, which for sure your emotions will follow also. So I would say as long as you are waiting for a return, but if you're just spending it, then you can't be called an investor, unless you say that you will wait a few more days or weeks to see if the price of Bitcoin goes up before you convert it or use it, which can be called holding.
