I had a doubt:
Doesn't someone who has +4000 merits immediately enter the "merit" category? Or will there be a limit on vacancies in this category?
We need to limit the slot otherwise we are talking about an unlimited weekly budget :-D
Having 4k merit does not mean that you are automatically accepted for Merit rank. There are other factors involved of course.
