not to sound dumb but what is a thread design and can someone copy and paste so i can see what was changed?

i also dont understand what a "signature campaign" is. i miss the old promos where the top 10 got paid on the % they won. also im out several thousand in the last few months which is a huge percentage of my live poker roll for the clubs here in texas. going broke fast.
