Bounties are not really worth it, they are just waste of your precious time and at the end of the day, you might not be paid for your services or the token you are paid with might be worthless. Instead you should work hard on growing your account by learning, adding value to yourself and making quality contributions on the forum. Someday you could rank up and join signature campaign or if you have a skill you can monetize, you can advertise it on the service board.
