The Chelsea team has been able to perform exceptionally well. The attacking players of the team have improved their performance tremendously. This team has been able to win some matches exceptionally well. Hope to do something amazing this season.
I am curious to know whether you watched the match played by Chelsea. Chelsea never performs well other than against the mediocre team like luton. Chelsea never had vast improvements since last season. I don't even see the different between now and last season.
If you were always watching chelsea's match and you will be aware if there would never be improvements happened with this club. Chelsea keeps doing that shit again and again.
This club never learns from its mistake. I don't even see the difference between pochettino and potter. Chelsea is unlikely finishing at the top table this season.

When Potter was replaced by Frank Lampard as caretaker coach, the game fell apart and Chelsea under coach Lampard often lost. After Lampard left, Chelsea management chose Pochettino as head coach.
During pre-season matches, they played lively and skillfully and were predicted to be able to win the Premier League, considering the many young stars who were on the rise. However, the results were disappointing after entering the Premier League. I think it's normal that many people think Chelsea has changed but the fact is now it's true as you say Chelsea hasn't changed at all it's still the same as when Potter was coaching.
Chelsea do not learn from mistakes, the quality of Chelsea's players is good, young, talented, but the experience of players is more important than young players nowadays. I also don't expect too much from Chelsea this season to get into the top four at the end of the season.
