Yes I feel that so. He wanted to put buy order above 49 Sat in my opinion but just mistaken. Happened to me once also but for not much of money happily ;p
It has happened to me in shitty exchanges many times. That should not be possible in proper exchange. Always respect highest bidder and lowest seller. Even if you try to pay too much, you should get lowest seller price and leftover money returned to your account. That's how it works in proper exchanges like Cryptsy.
So now we are sure that AllCrypt doesn't support that.
