I tried sending a message to their official account on this forum

Since you created this thread, they will be aware of this issue, but do not expect them to send you back the funds, you commit a grave error eventhough there's already a warning but we never know knowing Duelbits who value their reputation here in Bitcointalk they might give you back your funds, all you can do is to request and everything depends on your request tell them how sorry you are, we're also hoping for a good result of your request.
