I have to agree on coin-investor, just don't hope to much but just keep in contact with them a few days. It's hard to see a lot money-losing, really hard process because required to access the hot-wallet.
- Getting approval from several high-person who owned signature key wallet
- Manually acess the hot wallet
- Etc.
