Actually this is quite unfortunate even though Ansu's talent is still very good but indeed Xavi doesn't seem to really want Ansu in his squad because seeing some of the players he always plays Ansu is not an option because he prefers to play Gavi on the winger as well as providing a new portion for Gavi.
But with Ansu's loan to Brighton this could be a blessing for Brighton and be a good capital if Ansu can Improve in the EPL because with the quality of the EPL which is better than La Liga this can make the value of Ansu increase if he manages to perform well in the EPL.
Ansu Fati, a striker once considered a prodigy and expected to replace Messi at Barcelona. Miramontes once praised him and said that Fati would be a worthy successor to Messi's number 10 shirt. But injury brought his career at Camp Nou to a dead end. He gradually lost confidence when he got another slight damage, and coach Xavi dropped him from the main squad. In particular, the appearance of Lamine Yamal forced Fati to sit on the bench. Brighton borrowed Ansu Fati until next summer's transfer window. This is an opportunity for him to once again prove his achievements.
Ansu's mistake in recovering from his injury was that he opted for conservative methods rather than surgery, although this is good enough but it does not guarantee that he will not suffer the same injury and this could be a consideration for Xavi against Ansu.
Despite that I think he is still good enough if given more time, it's just that Xavi didn't give too much time to this player especially when trying to exploit Gavi in the winger position which made Ansu lose his position in Barcelona even more.
Now it depends on how Ansu fares at Brighton. It will be great as I said earlier if Ansu can prove himself and improve at Brighton especially now that Brighton is also a surprising dark horse club so if he can improve this will be very good for the value of Ansu himself.
