Thanks all mate. I updated the conversation with Duelbits support so far in #1. They don't give me the time frame so I just wait. I will post a message in their official topic so they can get notice.
Honestly, this is my own mistake. So I must take whatever result, I can't blame them.
Technically, I think that they have private key and can retrieve the fund. But it can take a long time so they don't give me the time frame.
That's the right mindset in this situation Others would have posted it in the scam section, Like all the others here I wish you a favorable result in your issue, It is a costly mistake but who would want to send a huge amount on the wrong chain or address, since this is Duelbits I have no doubt that they will have compassion and will come out a fair decision.
I think it's better for you to lock this thread since they already responded and just open it once you get an update on your case.
