This is not about Duelbits has very high credibility or not, but Duelbits is not owe anything since the mistake was @OP. If Duelbits willing to retrieve @OP's coin, then it's good, if not it's not a matter. Don't hope too much IMO, just assume the coins is already gone.
It's the same thing, because both Duelbits and Binance are platforms that have high credibility and mistakes like this are common mistakes that people experience, how can it not be reversed by these big platforms, it's an easy task and it only takes a little permission from the finance team to open the wallet and send it back to @OP.
For @OP, what if you don't have to receive the balance you sent back? Wouldn't it be easier if the solution was to have the balance you credit using a different type of asset still be credited by Duelbits? I mean, you only need to provide concrete proof of your wrong deposit way and then Duelbits will still credit USD to your account.
