It is good that you listen to the community but you should also try to research what kind of promotion is wanted by the community.
Sorry to say, your bitcointalk promo is not that special as it is the same as the one you offer to all your players globally with a bit modification I guess.
This type of deposit bonus is the most avoided promotion by the community IMO due to the high wagering requirement.
