Unfortunately not, that was just me trying again. When you use the correct credentials it lets you log in but because it is locked you can't do anything else. I did discover there was an email address to write to included in the error message when I tried to log in and so I emailed that address
In regards to this, I just checked "bpip" right now to confirm the status your account @ Scotjam as shown below, and trust me, I couldn't find any sign of it showing you have been banned, neither did I even find any allegation against you on the "Plagiarism Report thread that maybe might have been the reason for your inability to access this forum, but never did I find any allegation linking to your previous account at O.P So on that note, I support what "Pandu Geddon" said about you making a complaint on Meta board.
