NOT true. KYC was implemented on April 2020, your last deposits (at least 30 of them) were later in 2021, even more than a year after the announcement. I can share transactions if in doubt. Also you successfully made a withdrawal in 2021, when we already had KYC.

However that transaction did not cause this issue and I have not made any withdrawal after that date, as DogecoinMachine can confirmed.
I have not had anyone contact me from CG since Aug 5, 2023.
