As far as I know, PSG has always failed to win the Champions League even though they have been strengthened by many star players such as Neymar, Messi and Mbappe. This season they will definitely have difficulty considering that the team they will be opposing is really strong. Milan, Dortmund and Newcastle are strong teams, so of course Luis Enrique really has a super difficult job this season in the Champions League.
I can expect PSG to qualify for the round of 16 but I'm not sure they can qualify easily for another knockout stage like the quarter-finals or semi-finals. PSG have not been very good this season in terms of squad depth, but Enrique could perhaps do something different for them.
The presence of star players who are specialized by the club turns into intervention against the coach. Enrique can bring PSG to the path of success, if he is given flexibility in making decisions, whether to recruit players or rotate players according to his tactics. Without interference and pressure from club officials, success will be realized sooner or later.
Milan, Dortmund and Newcastle don't have players as good as PSG, it is predicted that PSG can progress to the last 16 smoothly even though Group F is very competitive.
