Just limit the damn money you use on your bets by depositing only a specific amount instead of, well, everything. Your emotions can get in the way of you, but in the end, a gambling session (mostly for casinos I guess) is in the end a method for you to release emotions, to enjoy it more specifically. The games always have a 50/50 (maybe less because of house edge) chance of win/loss most of the time, your emotions only influence how much you "play", not "win'.
