You best bet os to reach out to them via either the support and lay your complaint to them,  I doubt if there is much they can do for you in this situation as you are always warned not to send to wrong coin to the receiving address as that will result into lost of your asset.

Anyway there is no harm in trying and I encourage you to reach them directly instead of creating a thread here in the forum,  although you may likely to get some advice from members who may have made the same or similar mistakes before.
