Your TOS does not excuse you and your platform from misconduct Shanz. No, I do not want to learn more about your casino. That valid case is not the only one against Vave.


We don't have any unresolved cases. All issues are handled by our customer support.
We can see that the player might be upset. However, we can't treat this case differently since we treat all players' cases equally.
